Re-opening the salon – when can we book in?

We are aware that news/media speculation is making it sound as if hairdressers are allowed back to work on 4 July 2020. The BBC even said “Independence Day for salons!” with some fanfare. In fact, all that the government has said is that 4 July is the earliest we will be TOLD when we might be allowed to re-open.

We are also aware that many salons are taking bookings for 4 July. Beaucatcher is not doing this, because we want to avoid having to disappoint and phone-chase people to make changes while everything is still uncertain. The wilful misinterpretation of the date to book is highly annoying and causing a lot of confusion throughout our industry.

What Beaucatcher is doing is creating a list of those who want to be seen at the earliest possible appointments. We are very lucky in that we know our clients very well and we know who wants to get in. Please do feel free to send a message and let us know if you want to be on the books and we will make sure your name is there. No need to buy vouchers or pay silly fees, we want to see you as much as you want to see us!

Also, Click and Collect is available at the Beaucatcher door on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
